Our Think Process
Nestled in the reputable suburb of Eight Mile Plains, Millers Grove is comprised of 28 two-storey 3 and 4 bedroom terrace homes. The homes feature spacious, open-plan indoor and outdoor living areas with a focus on a sophisticated interior colour-palette and sleek, modern design.
Following our in-depth research of the market and the development, we created a charming luxurious brand to attract people looking for a spacious and modern sanctuary whey they could truly relax and unwind.
We undertook a presales marketing approach for Millers Grove which included conveying the lifestyle benefits of the homes and their surroundings. We identified strengths including the modern design of the terrace homes, the beautiful natural backdrop and the accessibility to school, amenities and main roads. These insights formed our foundation to develop the brand’s identity. Millers Grove celebrates its strong connection between open space and greenery, whilst boasting a truly unique and modern design.
An Innovative Solution
We created a website landing page aimed at conveying all the benefits of the terrace homes by showcasing the area, amenities and internal and external design. We did this by creating and including high quality 3D renders, a map with key locations nearby and included a client-supplied video exploring the interior of one of the completed homes. We also included lifestyle imagery to help inquirers of the site visualise themselves in their new home.
