Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Design and provide print solutions for brand guidelines, flyers, posters, brochures, signage and packaging.
  • Proactively working with our clients on regular promotional activities, helping to drive the promotion process and produce quality work within defined timelines.
  • Creation and maintenance of websites using WordPress and similar platforms.
  • eDM design and development using HTML or other platforms such as MailChimp.
  • Translate requirements into wireframes and mock-ups.
  • Design social media content and campaign feeds

Skills and experience

  • 3+ year design experience
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in creating eDM / Website wireframes
  • Strong layout and typography
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Experience in using social media solutions.
  • A portfolio of work

Marketing skills

  • Good understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Experience in using social media solutions.
  • Experience using email database marketing software such as Mail Chimp

Communication skills

  • Excellent communication skill, including written and verbal communication skills.

    • Coordinate and follow up all initiatives as assigned.
    • Maintain websites using WordPress, Shopify and similar platforms.
    • Manage workflow for all staff and ensure everyone meets their target.
    • Assist with developing client database.
    • Process invoices using Xero.
