Before launching the project, we conducted a thorough SWOT analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks. Our team carried out market research, including REA suburb search and locality research, to understand the competition and targeted interested home buyers.
We developed key marketing materials to begin reaching out to our targeted audience. As part of Stage 1 Soft Launch, we launched a marketing campaign to showcase the unique lifestyle benefits and high level of attractive amenities that the region offers. We focused on creating a strong buyer persona surrounding this development to ensure we reached the right audience.
