Our Think Process
Glin SQ is located approximately 19km from the Brisbane CBD and lies within the Southern Growth Corridor. The development is comprised of 15 five-bedroom, sophisticated freehold residences, surrounded by local schools and major shopping centres. Following our research, we identified key opportunities such as improved transport with the Brisbane Metro planned for 2023, population and employment growth within the area and the suburb’s great location surrounded by nature. Equipped with a comprehensive understanding of the market and development, we created a brand to attract families and professionals looking for style and functionality. Our inspiration for the name Glin SQ came from Glindemann Drive, where the development is situated.
We undertook a presales marketing approach for Glin SQ which included uncovering the lifestyle benefits of living in Underwood. We identified competitive strengths of Glin SQ from the stunning design of the homes to the local amenities, schools and transport options. The insights formed the strategic foundation to develop the brand’s identity and messaging platform. Glin SQ’s identity celebrates the modern, unique design of the development and its connection to natural surroundings.
An Innovative Solution
Our presales strategy included a soft and hard launch into the market. The team prepared marketing assets including the logo design, brand identity, comprehensive marketing brochure, floor plans, 3D renders, a well-designed lead generating website and signage.
