Through an extensive research report, Desketing identified the key strengths of this development in terms of accessibility to transport and lifestyle amenities, infrastructure, employment, demographics, residential pricing, and the rental market to develop a sound understanding of how to position and market 65M. The brand identity for 65M focuses on liveability and providing a sanctuary for homeowners and highlights the excellent location amenities.
